A basic hotel, which reflects the very reasonable price. No complaints other than: no Safety box in the room. Ideal location and easy style. Has all the essentials. Ceiling fan+ aircon. Double bed. Wet Room bathroom and small balcony. No noise from the street (in the room l was in).

New Nikom Court Pattaya Staff charged me 200 thai baht for a dirty towel. I asked for the towel so I could clean it myself or give me the towel because I just paid 200 thai baht for a old and used towel which they refused.

Have a nice stay downtown. rooms all air-conditioned and clean. very friendly staff. downtown is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. good price for accommodation. thinks I'll be back this year in october because I've been there many times and always with joy and positive purpose

5th staying here. While it is a budget hotel its location for LK Metro, Soi Diana, Soi Buakow is great. Lots of places to eat on this Soi from Devonshire, Jolly Friar, Lone Star, Smoking Joe's, Steak and Co and Retox. Street food also available - Pad Krapow with egg..yummy, Chicken and Rice at 40 baht. Bed is very big and some will find it hard. Get a room at the back if a light sleeper. No black out curtain in room 408 - Con People banging the doors very loudly - Con I think the rooms are priced 700/900 baht low/high season. I will stay again

I have stayed here anytime I have found myself in groundhog day I mean Pattaya. RROS=Big rooms, very very clean-cleaned every day! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great location-in fact if you wanted you literally could have everything from Pizza steak beer (women if you were that way inclined) anything you wanted by walking one... yes one minute. TBH the main reason I stay here is the big solid beds and clean white linen. Most thai hotels have this silky bedspread that goes to the ground, but I prefer linen thats neat and tucked in (So i can inspect underneath for unwanted guests) CONS= Aircon has no remote control so you either keep it on and freeze or turn it off. No pool but you can use next door for a fee. Doors have no soft closing hinges or friction restraining bars so if anyone comes along and closes their door at 4am it will feel like their slamming it and the building feels like its shaking-Not good at 4am. TV's are chunky old 24inch jobs-Probs great in 2007 not 2017.
